Chain skills together

Some workflows need one skill. Others have distinct stages that work better as a chain of specialist skills. Use the simplest setup that works.

1. An example: Using skills to produce my podcast

After a lot of manual iteration, here’s the set of skills I use for my entire podcast production process:

The whole process boils down to three phases:

1. /podcast-prep researches the guest and drafts the interview guide.
2. /podcast-edit reviews the raw transcript, then works with me to pick engaging quotes for the intro reel along with moments to cut.
3. /podcast-production orchestrates 5 skills to turn the full episode into 6 assets.

Each skill still works on its own. The orchestrator just runs them in the right order.
