Find the most time-consuming tasks for AI to automate first.

First, open the Automation plan tab in the plan doc you copied from the Create your plan lesson. If you skipped it, you can make a copy of the document now .

We’ll fill in this tab together throughout this module:

1. Identify your top manual workflows

Make sure you’ve connected your work apps so that AI can look at your calendar, documents, and past threads to understand how you spend your time.

Then, start a new thread called Automation and paste this prompt with a link to your automation plan:
