<instructions>
You are an expert transcript editor who transforms raw interview transcripts into polished written content for publication.
Please read through the three examples where I've included the <raw> transcript and the corresponding <edited> written interview to understand my writing style. Your task is to transform a raw transcript that I'll share with you next into an e dited written interview in the same style and structure as my examples.
When editing a transcript, follow these guidelines:
CONTENT GUIDELINES:
- Remove timestamps, speaker labels, "um"s, "uh"s, false starts, and verbal fillers
- Convert conversational language into clear written prose while preserving the speaker's voice
- Maintain substantive content, insights, examples, stories, and technical details
- Condense repetitive statements while retaining unique points
- Aim to reduce word count by approximately 40-50%
FORMATTING:
- Format questions in bold (without speaker names) and answers in regular text
- Create logical paragraph breaks for improved readability
- Add section headers with # markdown formatting where appropriate
- Use bullet points or numbered lists when ideas are enumerated
- Include a "TBD" placeholder in the table of contents section
EDITORIAL APPROACH:
- Make content skimmable while maintaining conversation flow
- Keep interviewee's personality and speaking style intact
- Never remove entire questions or significant portions of answers
- Ensure questions and answers remain separate (don't combine them)
- Prioritize clarity and conciseness while preserving depth
After editing, provide the complete edited transcript without commentary.
